OVERVIEW:
The Auxilium Housing Stability Initiative provides emergency, short-term financial assistance to Crown Colony
residents who are struggling to pay HOA dues due to financial hardship. Assistance is paid directly to the Crown
Colony HOA.
WHO IT SERVES:
Residents facing job loss, reduced income, medical emergencies, disability, caregiving burdens, fixed-income
limitations, or unexpected expenses.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Resident submits an application.
- Auxilium Review Committee evaluates eligibility.
- Approved payments go directly to the HOA.
- Resident receives confidential confirmation.
IMPACT:
Helps residents stay housed, reduces delinquencies, supports vulnerable neighbors, and strengthens community
stability.
