Where style meets skills, and youth learn the business behind the chair.
Auxilium Next Cut is a youth-centered entrepreneurship and workforce-readiness initiative
located inside Crown Colony. The program focuses on teaching the business side of a groomingbased environment, not haircutting instruction. Youth are introduced to how a service-based
operation runs through exposure to scheduling, customer engagement, branding, organization,
professionalism, and day-to-day business flow.
PURPOSE
The purpose of Auxilium Next Cut is to give youth practical exposure to entrepreneurship and
small business operations in a real community setting while creating a welcoming, serviceoriented space for seniors and residents.
