Ballots were officially mailed on March 23, 2026. It is very important that you complete and return your balot. Our Annual Meeting will be on Saturday April 25, 2026 at 11 am in the clubhouse. ProElections will begin counting ballots at 11 am, and the results will be announced shortly afterward during the meeting. The Board will review ongoing work, discuss upcoming community events, and provide homeowners an opportunity to ask questions. A raffle will be held, giving lucky homeowners the chance to win gift cards to local restaurants and win up to one month of HOA dues covered. You must be a homeowner to participate. If you own multiple propertles you will receive one ticket per unit owned.
