understand how many residents may need bathroom-related
repairs that could help prevent future water damage. This effort
is part of Auxilium’s ongoing mission to listen to the needs of
the community, identify areas where support may be helpful,
and gather information that can assist with future planning.

Bathrooms are one of the most common areas where small
problems can quietly turn into larger concerns. A dripping
faucet, loose fixture, leaking toilet, damaged seal, slow pipe
leak, or worn plumbing connection may not seem urgent at
first, but over time these issues can lead to water damage inside
a unit or even affect neighboring units. For many seniors,
handling these types of repairs can be difficult, especially when
the issue feels small, confusing, costly, or simply easy to put
off.

This outreach is not an inspection program. It is not a
requirement. It does not create any obligation for residents.
Auxilium is simply asking seniors to share whether they may
have bathroom repair needs so that the organization can better
understand the level of need within the Crown Colony
community.

The goal is to gather information, not to pressure anyone. By
learning how many seniors may need assistance, Auxilium can

explore possible ways to support residents, seek resources, and
better advocate for programs that may help prevent larger
property issues in the future. This is especially important in a
condominium community, where water problems can spread
