Amazon Delivery Update – Improving Package Security


Crown Colony HOA is working with Amazon to
help improve delivery efficiency and reduce
package-related concerns within the community.

Vanessa Sanders, a Field Quality Assurance
Specialist with Amazon, has shared a process to
better track and address delivery issues. If a
resident receives a package that was not delivered
directly to their unit door, they are encouraged to
notify the HOA office and provide the order
number. With this information, the HOA office can contact
Amazon directly, allowing Vanessa and her team
to quickly identify and follow up with the delivery
driver.

For best results, residents are encouraged to take a
clear photo of the package label, ensuring the order
number is visible. This can then be forwarded to
assist with tracking and resolution.
This added step is intended to improve
accountability and help discourage potential
package theft, while ensuring deliveries are handled properly.
