The Crown Colony HOA Board has approved the
installation of a security camera system throughout
the community following a thorough review of the
contract provided by AVS.

This project is intended to enhance the safety and
security of the Association by monitoring common
areas only, such as entry points, garages, and shared
spaces. (not including balconies & hallways)

The system will be installed and operated in a
manner consistent with applicable laws and privacy
standards. No cameras will be placed in private
areas, including inside residential units, or
positioned to intentionally capture the interior of
homes, patios, or other private spaces.

It is important to note that the purpose of the
system is to deter and document activity in
common areas. While security cameras are a
valuable tool, they do not guarantee the prevention
of incidents.

The Board is committed to implementing this
system responsibly and transparently. Additional
information regarding installation schedules and
camera locations will be shared with residents as
the project progresses.
