INDEPENDENCE DAY HOLIDAY CLOSURE NOTICE

In observance of Independence Day, the Crown Colony HOA Office and Clubhouse will be closed from Friday, July 3, 2026, through Monday, July 6, 2026.

We wish all residents and their families a safe, happy, and enjoyable Fourth of July holiday weekend. As many residents prepare to celebrate with family and friends, we encourage everyone to remain mindful of community safety, holiday closures, and important reminders that may affect access to services during the long weekend.

Residents are reminded that the HOA Office and Clubhouse will reopen following the holiday closure. During this time, regular office services and clubhouse access may not be available, so please plan accordingly.

In addition, residents are strongly encouraged to reload laundry cards before Friday, July 3, 2026, or wait until after July 7, 2026. Taking care of laundry card needs before the closure will help prevent inconvenience during the holiday weekend.

As always, we appreciate your cooperation and understanding as the community observes the holiday.
