The Crown Colony Clubhouse is a central gathering place for residents to relax, study, socialize, and enjoy the many amenities available within our community. This three-story facility offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents of all ages while maintaining rules that help ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment. Residents must be 18 years and older to bring guests. Individuals must be 16 years or older to be in the clubhouse unattended. A parent or guardian must accompany minors ages 16 and under when visiting the clubhouse with guests. You must be a Crown Colony resident to use the clubhouse. Please do not send guests to the clubhouse on their own. Each household may bring up to four guests at a time (not including the resident host). The Crown Colony Clubhouse is a shared space where residents can relax, connect, and enjoy community life. Please respect the facility, follow posted guidelines and keep it welcoming for all.
