Due to serious health, safety, and conduct
concerns, the Board of Directors has made the
decision to temporarily close the Men’s Sauna until
these matters can be properly addressed.

This closure is based on multiple reports and
witnessed incidents involving misuse ofthe sauna,
including individuals entering fully clothed,
inappropriate sexual activity, urination, vandalism,
and minors under the age of 18 using the facility.

The Men’s Sauna is intended for appropriate adult
resident use only. These incidents create health
and safety risks, damage community property, and
expose the HOA to potential liability.

We understand this closure may be frustrating for
residents who use the sauna properly, and we
appreciate your patience and cooperation as the
Board works to determine the next steps.
