Crown Colony HOA is currently seeking a
part-time Groundsman to join our team.
This position is scheduled for 5 days a week, 6
hours per day, and includes onsite training.
Responsibilities will include the general upkeep of
the community’s grounds in assigned areas,
including maintaining dog stations, cleaning the
exterior areas of buildings and townhomes, and
ensuring assigned garbage areas are kept clean and
orderly.

We are looking to fill this position in-house and are
seeking a trustworthy and dependable individual
who takes pride in maintaining a clean and
welcoming environment for our residents.
