Proposed Flooring Test In Building 7

The Board of Directors is currently evaluating potential
flooring options for Crown Colony’s residential buildings and
will be conducting a flooring test on the second floor of
Building 7, located at 395 Imperial Way.

This test is part of the Board’s ongoing effort to identify
long-term solutions that may improve building maintenance
while enhancing the appearance and durability of common
area flooring.

Among the benefits being considered are reduced
maintenance costs, elimination of routine carpet cleaning
expenses, improved resistance to pet-related wear, reduced
risk of mildew and moisture damage, and increased durability
compared to traditional carpeting. The proposed flooring may
also help reduce costs associated with carpet replacement due
to stains, tears, and general wear over time.

The flooring test will provide the Board with an opportunity
to evaluate the product’s appearance, performance,
maintenance requirements, and overall suitability before
making any future decisions regarding broader installation
throughout the community.

Additional information will be provided as the evaluation
process continues.
