Crown Colony HOA would like to remind all residents who use the sauna facilities to carefully follow the posted Sauna Key and Lockbox Policy.

The sauna key and lockbox system is in place to help protect the facility, maintain accountability, and ensure that sauna access is limited to authorized residents. Residents who are issued a sauna key are responsible for keeping the lockbox closed and secured at all times during and after sauna use.

Sauna keys are issued only to the authorized key holder and may not be shared, loaned, or transferred to another person. This policy helps ensure that the sauna is used properly and that access remains controlled for the safety and benefit of all residents.

Residents are also reminded that a valid driver’s license must be submitted when receiving a sauna key, and a signed waiver is required prior to the issuance of the key. These requirements help protect both residents and the Association by confirming that each authorized user understands and agrees to follow the sauna rules and responsibilities.

Failure to comply with the Sauna Key and Lockbox Policy may result in a $50 violation fee, suspension, or revocation of sauna privileges. A $50 violation fee may also apply if a sauna key is misplaced or lost.

CCHOA appreciates everyone’s cooperation in helping keep the sauna facilities secure, clean, and available for authorized use. By following the policy, residents help protect the community’s shared amenities and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
