Auxilium is excited to introduce the Next Cut Initiative
at Crown Colony. This program is designed for young
barbers in our community who are already cutting hair
for family, friends, or neighbors and may be ready to
take the next step.

Next Cut is not a barber school. Instead, the initiative
focuses on helping youth understand the business side of
barbering, including professionalism, customer service,
scheduling, confidence, responsibility, and how to grow
a skill into something meaningful.

We are currently looking for young barbers who are
interested in participating in summer and back-to-school
haircut opportunities for the Crown Colony community.
This is a chance for our youth to showcase their talent,

gain experience, and be part of something positive right
here at home.
