Recently, the HOA has received reports from
Townhome residents regarding suspicious activity
reaching into our community. One resident reported
hearing someone rattling their doorknob late at
night. Concerned, because they were not expecting
a visitor, they chose not to open the door. Later, the
resident learned from a neighbor that someone had
also attempted to open their door as well.

Fortunately, the second neighbor had a Ring camera
installed, which captured footage of an individual
attempting to open multiple doors along Mandarin
Drive before leaving the area in a white vehicle.

The HOA would like to remind residents to remain
alert and report any suspicious activity immediately.
For added security and peace of mind, Ring
doorbells and similar camera systems are permitted
within the community in accordance with HOA
guidelines.
