The Board of Directors is currently evaluating potential
locations for designated delivery parking areas within Crown
Colony.

As the volume of deliveries from companies such as UPS,
FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and other service providers continues
to increase, the Board is exploring options that may improve
traffic flow, reduce congestion, and provide more convenient
access for delivery drivers while maintaining safety
throughout the community.

Several potential locations are being reviewed, and no final
decisions have been made at this time. Once suitable locations
have been identified and approved, the designated delivery
parking areas will be clearly marked and communicated to
residents.

The goal of this effort is to improve efficiency for deliveries
while helping preserve parking availability and access
throughout the community.

Additional information will be shared as the review process
moves forward.
