Keeping Crown Colony safe, clean, and
well-maintained is a shared responsibility, and
resident reporting plays an important role. Many
may not realize that the HOA office depends on
residents to report issues, as it is not possible to be
everywhere at all times. On average, we receive
consistent reports from only one or two residents
per building. These individuals often feel like the
“voice” of their building and wonder why more
neighbors do not speak up.
Some residents have shared that they are unsure
how to report concerns, especially as more units are
rented and renters may not be familiar with the
process. Whether you are a homeowner or renter,
please know that reporting is simple.
For maintenance-related issues, if possible, take a
clear photo and email it to the HOA office with the
location and a brief description. For example:
“There is a fire stair light out in Building 3 77
Mandarin Drive on the 3rd floor facing the
clubhouse pool.” This is currently the fastest and
most effective way for our team to create a work
order and respond promptly.
For neighbor or community concerns, please submit
your concern in writing to
cchoa3@crowncolonyhoa.com
where Yvonne Quintana will assist you further.
For immediate assistance, residents may contact the
24-hour security guards, who can respond quickly,
notify the appropriate personnel, and log the
incident for management review the following day.
Follow-up will be made as needed.
Your voice matters. If you see something, say
something.
