The Association would like to remind all residents and guests
that vehicles parked in designated red zones are subject to
towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Red curbs and marked tow-away zones are in place to help
maintain safe access for emergency vehicles, service
providers, and residents throughout the community. Parking
in these restricted areas can create safety concerns and may
obstruct traffic flow within Crown Colony.

For your convenience, tow-away zones are clearly marked
with posted signage throughout the property. Residents and
visitors are encouraged to pay close attention to all parking
signs and restrictions before leaving their vehicles unattended.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping keep our
community safe, accessible, and in compliance with parking
regulations.
